I cleaned one pedal with simple green and a toothbrush first, then put it in the peroxide soak till it was completely submerged. Here is a pic of my reservoir, it is the bottom of a Tropicana OJ jug (don't mind the bugs), and the 32 oz bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide sloution from Wal-Mart. The geeks were trying to whiten an old plastic PC tower and one recommended soaking it in hydrogen peroxide and leaving it out in the sun. Whitening yellowed hard plastic (ABS?) pedals Before I tried it on my nicer ones on my 88 Pro Compe, I got an extra set of these HTI-851 pedals from Caleb to try the 'hydrogen peroxide in the sun' soak that I found (of all places) on a computer geek website.
